We like to begin all treatments with an assessment so that we can best tailor the treatment to you and your needs. We have added all sorts of tools to our tool belt but our main focus is remedial or therapeutic treatment.

Depending on our assessment findings, we may incorporate deep tissue massage, soft tissue manipulation, craniosacral therapy, muscle energy techniques, fascial integration, and/or cupping therapy. If you are experiencing pain in the jaw, we also have the knowledge and expertise in treating the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). If you recently competed in a sports event, we can tailor the treatment towards post sports event recovery too.

A treatment by us isn't like any other massage; it is a chance to become more educated, mindful and to learn more about what is happening in your body. We like to help you understand why you may be experiencing aches, pains, stiffness and restrictions to your movements. Rest assured, you are in good hands (pun intended).
