"The Works." This type of appointment consists of roughly a 15 minute initial or a 5 minute follow-up consultation and assessment. The remaining time focuses on treating the main area(s) of irritation and passive stretches done by the therapist to allow movement and mobility to increase in your everyday living. This is great for those who have been living with irritation for some amount of time and would like to work towards being pain free, or simply to just unwind. A Follow up appointment with a 90 minute treatment is great for those who would like to maintain any progress that was gained through previous appointments, ending off relaxed and rejuvenated.
