30 Minute - 
This type of appointment consists of roughly a 10 minute initial or a 5 minute follow-up consultation and assessment. The remaining time focuses on treating the main area of irritation. This is great for those who are short on time and have an area causing irritation to focus on. A Follow up appointment with a 30 minute treatment is great for those who would like to maintain any progress that was gained through previous appointments.

30 Min Specific Treatment

Initial - This is your first appointment with me! Allow us to get to know each other a little better, and lets talk about what is going on with your body. This type of appointment consists of roughly a 10 minute initial consultation and assessment. The remaining time focuses on treating the main area(s) of irritation. This is great for those who have been living with irritation for some amount of time and would like to work towards being pain free. A Follow up appointment with a 60 minute treatment is great for those who would like to maintain any progress that was gained through previous appointments, ending off relaxed and rejuvenated.

Initial Treatment

60 Minute  - 
This type of appointment consists of roughly 5-10 minute follow-up consultation and assessment. The remaining time focuses on treating the main area(s) of irritation. This is great for those who have been living with irritation for some amount of time and would like to work towards being pain free. A Follow up appointment with a 60 minute treatment is great for those who would like to maintain any progress that was gained through previous appointments, ending off relaxed and rejuvenated.

60 Min Massage Treatment

90 minute  - 
&amp;amp;quot;The Works.&amp;amp;quot; This type of appointment consists of roughly a 15 minute initial or a 5 minute follow-up consultation and assessment. The remaining time focuses on treating the main area(s) of irritation and passive stretches done by the therapist to allow movement and mobility to increase in your everyday living. This is great for those who have been living with irritation for some amount of time and would like to work towards being pain free, or simply to just unwind. A Follow up appointment with a 90 minute treatment is great for those who would like to maintain any progress that was gained through previous appointments, ending off relaxed and rejuvenated.

90 Min Massage Treatment

60 minute Cupping - This type of appointment consists of roughly 5-10 minute consultation and assessment. The remaining time focuses on treating the main area(s) of irritation. This is great for those who have been living with irritation or restriction with your range of motion for some amount of time and would like to work towards being pain free. A Follow up appointment with a 60 minute cupping treatment is great for those who would like to maintain any progress that was gained through previous appointments. 

NOTICE: 
- Only 1 cupping session is booked per day due to sanitization purposes 
- Please inform me if you are having any issues with your skin prior to the cupping session (dry skin, cuts, eczema, psoriasis, etc.)
- Marking on your skin from cups can stay on your body for up to 2 weeks
- Please bring exercise clothing (sports bra/shorts, to dress to level of comfort and allow movements with cups)
