60 minute Cupping - This type of appointment consists of roughly 5-10 minute consultation and assessment. The remaining time focuses on treating the main area(s) of irritation. This is great for those who have been living with irritation or restriction with your range of motion for some amount of time and would like to work towards being pain free. A Follow up appointment with a 60 minute cupping treatment is great for those who would like to maintain any progress that was gained through previous appointments. 

NOTICE: 
- Only 1 cupping session is booked per day due to sanitization purposes 
- Please inform me if you are having any issues with your skin prior to the cupping session (dry skin, cuts, eczema, psoriasis, etc.)
- Marking on your skin from cups can stay on your body for up to 2 weeks
- Please bring exercise clothing (sports bra/shorts, to dress to level of comfort and allow movements with cups)
