Initial - This is your first appointment with me! Allow us to get to know each other a little better, and lets talk about what is going on with your body. This type of appointment consists of roughly a 10 minute initial consultation and assessment. The remaining time focuses on treating the main area(s) of irritation. This is great for those who have been living with irritation for some amount of time and would like to work towards being pain free. A Follow up appointment with a 60 minute treatment is great for those who would like to maintain any progress that was gained through previous appointments, ending off relaxed and rejuvenated.
